How it works
From a code to a voice, with nothing to install.
Visitors don’t download an app and don’t sign up. They open an address, type a code, and the experience is theirs for as long as the visit lasts.
For visitors
Three steps.
A code, or a QR
It comes with the ticket, with the voucher, or staff hand it over at the entrance. There is no account to create: the code is the permission.
You take it with you
One tap and the experience lives on the phone: audio, text and images. From then on the network isn’t needed, and that matters underground, inside a basilica, in the middle of an archaeological site.
You walk
The stops follow at your own pace, in your own language, with the controls within thumb’s reach. You can stop, pick up again, and come back the next day from where you left off.
For the place
What you need is little, and it isn’t technical.
You need the content — what you want people to hear — and the way you sell or hand out admission today. We provide the rest: the voice recordings, the languages, the images, the link to your ticketing system, the codes.
There is no hardware to buy, no devices to sanitise at closing time, and no queue at the audio-guide desk.
How many phones
One code covers as many people as there are.
- A booking for four people opens on four phones at once.
- If staff need to grant a different number — a school group, a party, a guest — that number wins.
- The extra phone isn’t turned away: it is asked whether to move the experience there. It’s an invitation, not a lock.
Let’s talk
If you have a place to tell, write to us.
Tell us where you are, how many languages you need and how soon you would like to start. A person replies, not a form.
