Questions

The questions people ask us before starting.

Does the visitor have to install anything?

No. They open an address in their phone’s browser and type the code. They can add the icon to the home screen if they like, but it isn’t necessary.

Does it really work with no connection?

Yes, once the experience has been downloaded. That is why it exists: the signal is missing exactly where the telling matters most.

Do we have to buy devices?

No. Nothing to purchase, nothing to hand out at the entrance, nothing to sanitise at closing time, no deposits to handle.

How do the codes reach visitors?

From your own system: with the ticket, with the voucher, or handed over by staff. We connect to what you already use instead of asking you to change it.

How many people can use the same code?

As many as the booking says, or as many as staff decide. The extra phone isn’t turned away: it is asked whether to move the experience.

In how many languages?

Five today on the experiences in use. Adding one is new content, not new work.

Do you collect data on visitors?

We ask for no name, no email, no sign-up. The phone keeps the permission so the visit can be resumed; we count openings in order to enforce how many phones one code may open. No profiling, no advertising.

Who writes the content?

It can be yours, or we write it together with you. Either way it stays yours, and every stop states where the information comes from.

How long does it take to start?

It depends on the content, not on the technology: the platform is ready. Write to us and we’ll tell you for your case.

Let’s talk

If you have a place to tell, write to us.

Tell us where you are, how many languages you need and how soon you would like to start. A person replies, not a form.
